Christmas break

Even for the recent graduate, the tradition of a university Christmas Break is one of joyous relaxation and time spent with family and friends! Two weeks in Nebraska went by rather fast, back and forth between my parent's and my in laws' house, with lots of family events but also some time to get back in touch with college friends and to enjoy some of my favorite places in Omaha.

Christmas with my parent's fluffy dog :)

So glad for a chance to visit the zoo on a really nice day!

Jordan enjoying some new stuff :P

Downtown for a very cold NYE

A powdery freshness for New Year's day

My favorite pup, Kim's dog Roxi

we loved visiting the Joslyn art museum too!

It was great to have dinners with friends, spend time relaxing and talking with family, and to spend some time just my husband and I doing some of our favorite Omaha activities. Thankful for a relaxing Christmas after a hectic December and what's looking to be a January full of transitions and preparations for the next step in life!
