Semester #2 of grad school is almost over. Found out yesterday I got an A in my statistics class, whoo! Just one take-home final due on Friday and the spring semester will officially be over.
Along with miscellaneous molecular stuff in the lab, here's what's coming up in my research life in the next couple weeks:
-Field survey looking at the effects on mosquitofish at the individual and population level
-Biomarker discovery using microarray data in collaboration with a top-notch electrical engineer :)
-Talking to my co-advisors about my idea for a research project and getting in touch with potential committee members
Also making a trip to South Florida (Miami, Key Largo, and the Everglades) and going home for a week later this summer. More updates as things progress!
